Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Processing time does not include transit or delivery time.

Custom or special-order items may require additional lead time.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Available fulfillment methods include:

  • Parcel carriers
  • LTL freight (curbside delivery)
  • Local delivery
  • Customer pickup

Freight deliveries are curbside only unless additional services are arranged in advance.

Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.

Customers must be available during scheduled delivery windows.

Additional carrier service fees may apply, including:

  • Lift gate service
  • Limited access delivery
  • Re-delivery attempts

These fees are the customer’s responsibility.


3. In-Home Delivery

In-home delivery is available for select products and locations upon request.

This service may include inside placement only and does not include installation unless confirmed in writing.

Customers must notify us in advance of any access conditions such as:

  • Stairs
  • Elevators
  • Narrow hallways or doorways
  • Parking restrictions

4. Warehouse Pickup

Pickup is available at our designated warehouse:

Monday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Requirements:

  • Order-ready confirmation before arrival
  • Scheduled pickup appointment
  • Valid ID matching the invoice name

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a suitable vehicle
  • Securing their load properly before departure

5. Inspection & Acceptance

All items must be inspected at pickup or delivery.

Visible damage or missing items must be noted before leaving the warehouse or signing delivery documents.

Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Items are considered accepted once removed from our facility or signed for at delivery.


6. Storage & Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within 30 days without communication may be considered abandoned and subject to cancellation or storage handling.


7. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be pickup-only.

Shipping, delivery, and freight charges are non-refundable once shipped.


8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of order or pickup will apply.
