We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If something isnโ€™t right, weโ€™re here to help. Please review the following return guidelines before submitting a request.


Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

  • A 25% handling fee applies to all approved returns
  • The handling fee does NOT apply if the item is:
    • defective
    • damaged upon arrival
    • incorrectly delivered
  • Returnable items must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened boxes
  • Installed products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Quartz countertops without verified factory defects

These items are considered final once delivered.


Shipping Policy for Returns

For shipped orders:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return shipping must be arranged after approval from our team

If the return is due to defective products or incorrect delivery, we will coordinate the appropriate resolution.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

Email us and include:

  • Order number
  • Item description
  • Reason for return or exchange

For defective or incorrect items:

  • Please attach clear photos showing the issue

Our team will respond within 24โ€“48 hours with confirmation and next steps.


Inspection Before Refund

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Approved refunds are processed after inspection confirmation and deduction of applicable handling fees.
