Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Most items—whether bought online or in-store—can be returned within 30 days of delivery or purchase, as long as they meet the conditions below.
General Return Guidelines
To keep things simple, here’s what we ask:
Items must be in their original, undamaged condition
If the item was delivered disassembled, it needs to be returned disassembled
Packaging isn’t required if it was removed during delivery
Returns must be started within 30 days of purchase (or delivery date for online orders)
How to Return an Online Order
Step 1 – Check Your Eligibility
Confirm that your order is still within the 30-day return window.
Step 2 – Send Us a Return Request
Email us at pacificdepot@gmail.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item(s) you’d like to return
Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Step 3 – Get Your Return Instructions
If your return is approved:
We’ll arrange a pickup with our delivery service
A deposit of 50% of your order value will be held and refunded once your return pickup is completed
You’ll receive an invoice for return shipping (if applicable)
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
In-store drop-offs have no shipping fees
Step 4 – Coordinate Pickup or Drop-Off
If using our delivery service: You may need to be present to help with the pickup
If dropping off in-store: Just bring the item and skip the shipping fees
Step 5 – Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email and issue your refund to the original payment method.
For In-Store Purchases
Bring your item and original receipt to our store within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in resellable condition
If approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method
No shipping fees apply for in-store returns
We may decline a return without a receipt or if the item shows signs of use or damage
Return Shipping & Fees (Online Orders)
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless returning in-store
Shipping costs vary based on location, size, and weight of the item
Original shipping or service fees are non-refundable
If you refuse delivery, return fees will be deducted from your refund
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns for:
Clearance or final sale items
Bundled items sold at a discount (unless the full bundle is returned)
Items marked “Non-Returnable” during checkout or on the receipt
Certain hazardous or restricted goods
Damaged or Missing Items (Online Orders)
If something arrives damaged or missing parts, please let us know within 30 days of delivery.

We may request the original item back
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or resolution at no extra cost
Wrong Item Received (Online Orders)
If you received the wrong item, size, or color:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Send photos of the item and its label or model name
If a return is required but not completed, we may reverse the refund or charge for the replacement
